Police are asking for helping identify the above two men, who they believe were behind a 2014 murder.

RIVER NORTH — Police believe they’ve found images of two men they suspect were behind a 2014 murder, and now they’re asking for help identifying them, according to an alert issued Monday.

Early in the morning on Nov. 9, 2014, 29-year-old Willis Jefferson died after being stabbed multiple times in the 800 block of North Orleans Street in River North, police said.

The above pictures show the two suspects getting out of a maroon Dodge Intrepid.

Anyone who knows the identity of the two men is encouraged to call Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
